Sandwich Series I.1 - The King of sandwiches!

All in one sandwich! Yes this can be a late sumptuous breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Chutney preparation:

Ingredients: one bunch pudina, coriander leaves clean, cut and set aside. Onions 2, garlic 4 cloves, peel, cut and set aside.(optional)
Take a quarter spoon of methi seeds, 5-6 whole black peppers, green chillies 6-8 or as required, 2 grated cucumbers after draining the water, 2 shredded carrots, cut ginger and the precut items above. Add all the items in a blender and make a fine paste adding very less water. Add a few drops of lemon, salt and mix well and refrigerate. This can stay even for a month without getting spoilt.

Sandwich

Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into thin slices.
Take two slices of bread and toast to golden brown.
On slice slice spread butter first and the a layer of the chutney.
Place cucumber and tomato slices.
Add a pinch or two of salt and crushed black pepper. Close it with another slice on which butter and the chutney have been spread.
Press gently and cut diagonally. Your sandwich is ready.
Serve with chips and juice/ soda of your choice.

For adults with normal appetite, one sandwich would be good for breakfast or snack.
For a heavy meal two would be fine.

However many times you make, your guests will be queuing for more over and over again.

An awesome sandwich that is healthy as well.

Happy cooking!!!!!!
